In-Home Ventilation
Many homes, both old and modern, can be plagued with issues resulting from poor ventilation. The most common symptoms are musty odour, condensation and mould growth.
Ducted Ventilation Through Ceiling
The most effective in-home ventilation systems involve a fan being installed into the roof cavity, with ducts running into each of the rooms in the home connected to vents in the ceiling. The fan sucks hot air from the room and expels out via the roof cavity, a whirligig, or eave vents. Fans can be wired to a timer or thermostat.
Wall-Mounted Single-Room Ventilation
In properties with non-existent or inaccessible roof cavity spaces, single fans can be mounted to the internal walls, sucking air from the room and exhausting it out via an external hole. We use only the quietest fans on the market, and then quiet them further with our installation process of mounting them to wooden platform and surrounding them with a 20mm rubber sound-deadening sheet. Fans can be wired to a timer or thermostat.
Why ensure home ventilation?
Adequate ventilation is essential to ensure a healthy environment for your home. Lack of ventilation can cause issues such as condensation, mould, mildew and odour. The best way to attack this issue is via a mechanical ventilation system, installed on a timer and set to come on and ensure adequate number of air-changes per hour.
